Other Way Into Shadowspire
Does anyone know if there is a way to get into Shadowspire without using Icefang?

I've tried and I don't think there is a way to get there without Icefang.

You can get there with Helgas ring. Hop across from nearby mountains.You can also get to the highest peak in the center of the swamplands, where there is a little path to walk on, but no rewards for it.
