I have the free version and i'm trying to fix the floor how do I do it?

You can't. You need the full version because occasionally the shop carries floor repair. Buy the full version, and eventually the floor repair will show. Put it on the crack and drop a person (adult) on it, it will fade, and after a few of those, it will disappear completely. Hope it helps!!!
