How do i get my people a little better they are not feeling well?

Get a doctors advice, they will tell you what is wrong, then you can give them right medicine

Drag them and they will do the symptoms. If their head hurts or they're coughing or sneezing, then go to the store and find the medicine that fits the description.

Just keep picking them up and dropping them until they start sneezing or coughing, or some symptom of sickness. Then go to Food and Medicine category in store and get the medicine that says it is the cure for the symptom. Like if the person has an upset stomach, you would get him/her a Peptic Syrup.
