Use both the stick sticking out in front and the caravan behind by swinging it out. start by aiming to the middle then swerve to the right and to the left. the point of the tip shoud hit the first caravan right as you're swerving left. use the super v8 engine and the intake on top. after trying everything that worked for me but you have to get it just right. good luck

Just unlock the apc big tanker thing and then use the training wheels and just go straight through its cake!!
