Use the brain. he has to catch it in his hands for the achievement.

To get the mind scrambler award in office jerk, you have to use the green brain and throw it at his front near his hands. if you do this, he will play with it and then throw it on the ground. you should have the mind scrambler award after this. hope this helps!!!

If you use the brain and throw it by his hands, he will catch it and u should get the mind scrambler, but it may take a few tries… he doesn't always catch it…
