How do I get the No Escape achievement in Office Zombie?

It involves the gingerbread man (I'm not sure how I got him, might be through playing Christmas Jerk) but you throw the gingerbread man at his face and he catches him in his mouth. The checklist item "caught your eye" is also with the gingerbread man throwing it at the back of his head.
