How do i get the i'm watching you achievement?

Throw an egg at him, but miss on purpose. aim it so that it hits the top right corner of the computer screen. he'll turn and do the motion, and you'll get it.

Keep throwing things and then maybe wait abit and he will do the i'm watching you sign ( which is two fingers pointed to his eyes then one finger pointed to you) that's what i did:)

The real answer is throw paper so that it completely misses him (to the far left or the far right) with the wind (if the wind is blowing to the right throw it to the right, if it is blowing to the left throw it to the left) trust me on this one, if it doesent work you need to throw it further to whichever way the wind is blowing, i hope this helps =]
