Why do i keep losing my completed guest list?

After i have finished guests, feeding, etc i name them and a week later some revert back to not being completed! annoying!

There was a glitch where for some reason you get music notes randomly and then were taken away. there was also a glitch where hearts and food were over the limit. just upgrade and these problems will be fixed.
