Completed guest book - then not completed
I completed all my guest book animals and then today there were 5 not completed but there is more food and hearts than required. why????

Don't know... have same problem. it happened before.. try opening the game, logging out, and reopening it. but that didn't work this time. try restarting your apple device. if that doesn't work.. report the problem via pocketgems.com. i'm sure there will be an update soon to fix that issue.

I had that too. all you need to do is upgrade the game. after i did that it was fixed.

For every pet, you have to put a kid to complete the guest book

Make sure each pet has at least one kid if not then get a kid and you can complete. I had the same problem.
