I cannot figure out how to get fun room ratings.

Fun rooms are easy to get but there arent very many. go to the hammer icon at the bottom right hand side of the screen. i dont know if the button says fun rooms but its under the big pet rooms button to the left. the fun rooms are the different themed rooms (with cheaply animated people in them) that the animals might visit. hope this helped!
