I was on pet hotel and i got a free bone i don't know how i got it can you tell me how to get it again

I never got a free bone maybe its from your achievements (trophy)

I have received bones a few ways: So far - 1 free bone from a gift from another player, collecting them from an email Pet Hotel sends you asking questions, if you get given a chest as a gift, this allows you to play the mystery chests and i won 40 bones off that.
