Gifts to give???
Can some one please explain the new "gifts to give" and how does it work.

If you're talking about the New Pet In Town achievement, then you have to: connect to the Game Center using your Apple ID, then you must hit the button that as the heart and the plus sign on it, next hit the the tab labeled Friends and it will have a button that says Gifts To Give. You can give those gifts to your friends on the Game Center, but only if they play Pet Hotel too. If that's not what you're talking about, then sorry I have no idea what you mean.
