Timer for gifts

Since Last update I get Gifts every 24 hours. Before it was 16 hours max. Often it was 2 - 4 hours. Now I have 18 friends waiting for gifts I send back. I think if I cannot do this I get no gifts from friends longer. Has anybody the same problem?
