Can't figure out who has to party to complete this achievement!! It says our friend is finally free to go to your hotel. Make him party with his Arctic Penguin friend. It also mentions the Patagonia Room. Any ideas?

You have to get that room. And I think you party the penguin and salmon. Don't remember.
