How to get the unicorn/pegasus room?
I was wondering how to get the unicorn/pegasus room as well as the sphinx room?

Not sure about the sphinx... you get the pegasus room (constella room, it's called) by expanding your hotel once to the right and two times to the left. (and tapping the floating prizes) the unicorn is in the meadow room, which costs treats.

You get the sphinx by expanding your hotel to get the scarabs.
