Stuck at the bag

So I managed to get her diary and read that and it says you need to open my bag. When I get to the bag she forgets her number and she says I don't remember it right now. I haven't been able to get past that point I see people talking about a ring but I can't see anything. Please help me to figure out how to get the code to open the bag. Thanks!
