Finished 2 levels to Level five
Why is it doing that and I keep having to buy gold & stuff in hopes that it will Master the level. Spent a a lot of money to complete Auto Roe & Cirucut Street. PLEASE fix or let me know what to do! I have completed both levels to level 5 several times and it takes me back to level 4!! I have spent a great amount of money trying to fix the problem!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Don't bother playing those parts of the game. It gives you too much xp. You will level up too fast. You want to stick around on a level for a while to collect as much money as possible on your buildings. I do lots of robberies on buildings that give low xp and lots of money.
