I am stuck at the clock!

Could someone please descriptively explain how you get past this. My mom an I have tried so many times and I am stuck at the clock watching it. I tapped it but it just said FAIL!

Turn your device upside down the clock will then turn Green and then you press on it to continue ( the time is 6:15 when turned upside Down)
