Can't receive gems
At what level can i receive gems from my neighbors because i do not ever get any and i don't see where to collect them. also, i can not send gems but once then it doesn't reset for days so i can send again. thanks!

It takes 24 hrs to send gifts again and when u send a gird the only gift u send is gems and when u open up the app it will tell u if someone sent u gems and it wil automatically add the gem to ur gems.
