You only get one unless you get the epic breeding island

You can't get another breeding cave, but you can get a breeding island at a certain level. it costs gems though. -mr helpful

U can pay 125 gems for an epic breeding island at lv 15 or 16 soz i went up lv's really fast then :d

I hate it how they make you buy gems for an epic breeding cave i now breed my dragons. i have combinations to get rare dragons here.
lightning + cold= water.
fire+water =air.
crystal+blue fire =moon.
fire+moon=sun.

Bails#1 you cant breed water lightning+cold= storm. you can get a moon with many combos. sonic+snow bluefire+crystal and many more. you can only breed a moon dragon with another moon dragon eg: sun+sun=sun moon+moon=moon rainbow+rainbow=rainbow, get that peoples. add me warrior kat gem4gem every day i have a sun dragon. ;p

You don't have to be a sertan level to buy the breeding island. but u need to use real money. pros: you can breed higher up dragons.

@MissAwesome, the enchanted cave shortens breeding by 20%, but if you get the breeding island then you will be able to breed 2 couples at a time. So I would go with the island, that is what I am saving gems for.
@KittenCove, you have to be level 13 to get the breeding island and you get gems for other things, so you do not have to use real money.
