Sorry to break to you, but if your not level 15+ then too bad for you. But if you are then you obviously have to update dragonvale. Then buy it for 250,000 and wait for it to be built. Make sure you have good dragons to race though. REMEMBER wide varietys. Look online for the best dragons to rave with each track.
