Shrine message on main screen
When i logged into Dragonvale, I got a message about a Silver Shrine...What Is that?

That means that you now have 50 or more dragons of that elemental shrine upgrading it from bronze to silver. That also means that you can feed those dragons up to level 15, changing the shrine to gold.
