How do i get third island in DragonVale?

The answer is correct above, what i cannot figure out is how to co plete the achievement... i have summoned and cleared the island of all native vegetation and impediment, have moved some structures onto the island and have yet to complete the achievement. any thoughts?

Have you tried to stop running the game and shutting off your phone? usually my achievements just pop up but one time that kind of thing happened and that worked for me.

You can buy the third island at level 15, and it costs 1,000,000 coins, and it takes 12 hours to summon:-)
