How do you feed
I can not move the bucket when feeding the horse what do you do

I have the same problems. Try only that feed that has only 2 ingredients, and then tap many times on a little different places it should work. By the way, have any idea why on a 3ingredient feed i can't move the bucket to the middle? It's waste of money because you can only have the bucket below the left and right bag, but not on the middle.
