I need help finding the merchant cuz im stuck on this quest where i need catch some fish but i dont have a fishing rod so if anyone knows where the merchant is can u plz tell where he / she is n thks.

The merchant is in the marketplace the blond guy but you can't get the rod from him you must do a quest for someone and they will give you the rod I can't tell you who that person Is because they always pick someone different hope this helped:) and you're welcomes
