Firmin isn't in the game anymore and i still have to finish the funny haircut quest where is he how can he come back?

If you looking at the map view he won't show up if he's in a building.

I also couldn't complete this quest because firmin disappeared (not on the map, not in buildings, went missing halfway through my game). does anybody know if this is a bug? or am i missing something?
