Can't get more quests

I finished every quest but two and the storyline is finished but no exclamation marks appear any where

Same with me. i'm having this problem too. i've checked everywhere, and my book in the lower right hand corner has an exclamation mark on it. but i can't figure out what else to do other than friend every person. does anyone else have tips?
