Cooking With Ingredients

I know on the PC version of Sims Medieval you can cook, but does anyone know how to cook on the iPhone version? When I plant then harvest plants, the description says that I can either eat or cook with the plant. Again, does anyone know how to get recipies and cook on the mobile version of Sims: Medieval? I wanna stop paying for all the food I eat! Thanks!

You have to buy a culdurn. Or you can open items and eat them. This is an idea try buying the herbilist table.
