Cityville hometown not loading

Cityville hometown will not load on my iphone today. i was just playing it yesterday and when i tap on the app it doesn't load. any suggestions on what i can do to fix this problem?

Wait (this can take awhile), check your wifi (sometimes your computer wifi woks but not your i phone just resart your connection anywyas)
