How do you play and/or clear level 39? This level is all bubbles and ice.

Take a hint from the movie WAR GAMES. The only way to win is not to play! In other words, you need to BUY your way around Level 39. This is a VALID STRATEGY because they built in the feature that allows you to do so! It is no less valid than the ability to buy lives with your coins to continue playing. -- Why build in the feature if they never expect you to have to actually do it? So. go back to some easy levels and earn enough coins to buy your way around if you do not already have enough coins.
