On survival mode Where do u get the stuff (little black thing) to make a torch

You have to mine up coal ore with a pickaxe. Coal ore is stone with black dots.

Mostly there in mountains or under ground u have to mine them to collect them

The pickaxe you need is a wooden pickaxe. Wood is on trees and can be mined without a tool, then go into your craft table and start building. Thats all I know, because i'm not an expert at all. hahaha.

First you get wood. You craft the wood into wooden planks and then craft the into sticks. Next you need coal. It is WAY easier to find coal if the world has mountains. You can find coal on the side of a mountain. You can also mine a tunnel into the mountain to find coal. Coal looks like cobblestone with black dots. Hope this helped! :)

Well what u do is u create a pickaxe and if your world has a mountain in it you will probably fin some stones with little black spots on it you mine on that and it will get u the coal stuff and you need to cut down a tree and turn your tree wood into blocks of wood than you need to craft it on your crafting table into a stick and then on your crafting table go to wepons find the torch and create it TAH DAH
