What does "change gravity" mean?

In gravity guy mode you can make him attach himself to the ceiling or the floor and if you click rapidly then you can make him float in mid air: he's very hard to control

You need to get the vehicle upgrade and if you get gravity suit the you tap the screen to change gravity

Use free ride gadget or vehicle pickup and tap to change gravity. All my other vehicle records are twice his because he is so hard!
