How do you find the bad guys from all of them i know some are on a hill, some are in the truck, i just can't find the other ones?

The other ones are in multiple floors above ground height. what you will need to do is go around the casino and find a staircase. climb the staircase until you can see all the feds. the rest is up to you. happy hunting!

Chris0630 is right. the men are on the ledges. climb the stairs by the casino untill you see them then they are sitting ducks to your sniper rifle. P.S. this mission took me awile so don't get to frusterated if you do the same YOUR$ NOT ALONE!!! :)

1. At the park, there are 2 with AK47s. Shoot them with Sniper, take their AK47s
2. Theres a Rumpo, get out of your car and shoot it with M16, or throw a Grenade, and BOOM!
3. At a building next to Kenji's. Go to the helipad, with Sniper rifle, shoot them. When they shoot you with their AK47, hide behind the helicopter.
4. Killed them all, Done...
