Field assistant ii. story line takes you to oregon. this may be reason why we have all been unable to complete the side quest in arizona and are unable to hand off items to the butcher, field assistant, doc rickets. i have just completed all of the side quest in oregon with the green grocer. we may have to complete these quest first before proceeding to arizona for the side quest. there may be a order on how the game is played will keep posting
