They are little green bottles dotted over both maps, you just need to keep you eyes out. The is one by the mine in Oregon to get you started.

I have been on that mission for ages n I recently completed it by finding one that I spent soooooooo long trying to find that I thought really hardy to find. It's in Oregon in socorro town. If u go round to the back of the saloon and up the stairs on the balcony there's one sitting on the banister. Hope this helps
