Confederate dollars
I found the 12th confederate dollar. My saddle bag says I have 12, but my journal says I only have 11. What's the deal? Has this happened to anyone else?

The same happened to me. I had 12 coins in my saddle bag, but only 11 in my journal. So I completed a mission and after it was done it clear the error and gave me my whole 20 coins. The same happens with my horse call. I disappears then returns after a successful completed mission.
