Can I change the view/camera angle?

Can I change the view settings? So that the camera turns with our hero and always views him on his backside? Now I keep having to turn the camera angle by hand. Serious problem in gunfights.

Try zooming out by pulling 2 fingers towards each other on screen, it might help...
