I just found the thing and give them back. but i click the hand button and nothing happen. what can i do?

I had a similar problem with the shopkeeper where the hand didn't appear. I got rod of the items and I am collecting them again. It might work?!?

Try to drop one of the collected item, and collect it again. then try to give it to florist. I've the same problem with crow feathers.
