There is! whenever you run out of energy, quit the game and go onto your settings. change thr time on your ipod/iphone two hours forward and when you go back on the game your energy will be full.

If you click on shopping and go to the first shop (scroll to left) and click on the yogurt food shop you can buy yogurt boosts. The cost would be based on how much energy you get for it (e.g. 3 energy would be 3 diamonds) That's another way instead of having to change the time!
