How does the hit list work? how do i kill someone on the hotlist in arms cartel?

Go to the attack menu and on top it says hitlist but it id very rare to see anyone on it because everyone
is always watching it to get the baunty so good luck

You get a hitlist kill by attacking an enemy until their energy is down to zero. you will just keep hitting 'attack again' until this happens. you will know you got one because on the top of the screen it will say 'hitlist kill'.

Why does everyone (including offline players) always end up being in the hospital!? i have yet to "kill" anyone bc of this! and i can't see their energy level. iphone app.

You can't see someones health. the only way to get a kill is by attacking them and getting a hitlist kill.
