Platinum and Gold Crates
I have received a gold and platinum crate from the daily bonus. Now I am receiving messages saying that I will lose the crate, but I can't figure out how to use it.

Lose it ? Why ? Ur gold or platinum creates either consist of airsstrikes bonuses , cash bonus or armore bonus , so how come about loosing it. Try using ur bonuses soon enough if that problem still persists ok

For the Thunderbolt launcher, it says I win it on day 15 of daily bonus. I didn't win it. I won 5,000. Is there any other way I could get the launcher?
