If Shabazz is the one with the helicopter, then after the gunfire amd the missile grab a sniper and shoot the thing. If you are using the first sniper, then it'll take around five times, with the steelete and the decaptator, 4 times should do it. When he's firing, keep moving from cover point to cover point. Don't expose yourself.

Keep on running between cover point..when the helicopter went to your left side, go to your right end cover point and standby using rifle to shoot the helicopter fan motor..

Keep running till the chopper stop firing. Aim at the fan motor and give it five shot. That will complete the mission. If you are good. Take down the pliot with one head shot. I did it when in the later part level 15 when he send two chopper.

All you need is a assault and a sniper because you need the sniper for killing his men and you need a assault gun for shot his helicopter fan but you need to doge the bullet fast and good luck on a mission
