In Khan Airfield the sharpshooter mission whats the best way to defeating all the enemies please help

You need 1500 cover and use frang-5 and fire shot to the helicopter blade it's some one trying to kill you all the time you need to kill him and use airplan as well when the helicopter nearly arrive and move to left, right left right and then when you ready fire the helicopter blade. I spend £200 on this game.
