How can i get the launchers?

It is possible that we can all defeat Rakim Khan with just rifles and shotguns and with out med kits, airstrikes or even an armor, i coud'nt barely face rakim khan :( i guest all you need to do is just get use to playing it again until you win, it took me like over 15 battles still i lost, it's pretty handy using lauchers, but i don't use those, i only used my criterion and ice cold, it's very hard, but i'll give a message if i win, so here's my answer on defeating rakim khan, try your best, don't give up, believe in yourself, after every fight you must improve, if not improved, improve your skills on one man army, like what i did, only way is trying again until you succeed, fight wisely
