My character and gold has been deleted by a game bug or somthing spend real money and long time for my lvl 72 warlord, if there are any gm or someone who can help, pls help me to solve my problem

That happened to me! i was on lvl 60 warlord. i was real annoyed at that but i dont know what to do either. i just started it all over again.
