Placed the crib in to the bathroom and change the diaper in the bathroom.... your baby needs will turn green.

If your selected sim is the baby, click on an adult sim,... it'll give you the option to change the babies diapers

It took me ages to get this right. I sent both it's parents to work for causing me and the baby distress. I invited all the neighbours round to look after the baby. I basically moved the baby out of the bedroom and the sims looked after it. I put baby back in bedroom but rearranged the furniture so the sims could get round the cot. It worked a treat.

Just use 5 lp points to instantly inspire them. it's the only thing that seemed to work for me, not sure if anything else would work. my baby's needs got really low, and even though I was getting its parent's needs fulfilled it still didn't work.

If all of your cannot change diaper, just rotate the crib & let baby head not face to wall, or in the middle of room.
