You just have to take care of them. Make sure they have food, bathe, interaction with other Sims, sleep etc., and your Sim will get better.
Answer from: MYC
It's probably because you shook the device.
Answer from: Duda
When you shake your iPad/iPhone, make your sim vomite but he/she isn't sick! Oh, when you clear this, you can get XP
Answer from: IWish
Did you shake it? Because I didn't know that they could get sick other than if they puke when you shake it. I wish that they would do another update where there is a hospital and a school and a college and the toddlers could grow into teens and such. That would be really nice

If you shake the iPod or iPad then it will cause your sim to vomit and cough, If you are not shaking the device then I don't even really think that Medicine is available to buy so just take care of your sim and make sure that it is inspired at all times and it will be fine!Xx
Answer from: Dr.sim creator
