Marriage at level 17
I am at level 17 and I have 2 sims that they are partner and they moved in when I click on " purpose marriage" it says "your sims like to have more time with each other continue through the goals you reach get engaged"

U need to finish the goals to get married. The goals are at the bottom of the screen. Unfortunatly after the new update, you can no longer skip the goals. To have a baby u need a crib ( buy one for 9 LP or 10,000 simoleans ) then click the add sim to household above the crib. Although u need two married sims in order to have children. I hope this helped!!!!!!!!
