You have to place the frisbee where it isn't surrounded by objects. I just moved mine to a more spacious spot, and problem solved!

Go to the tab where you buy furnitures for the house, go to animal tab, then u can see it, gotta buy with simleons ..

First you have to build the Pet Store. Once it's completely built, go to your house and click the Furniture button. A new icon will appear (like the kitchen, bedroom, child icons) but for pets. After you build the pet store and go to the furniture button, a message will appear telling you the animal icon has appeared. There you can buy all kinds of thing for your animals, and you can even buy bunny rabbits!

You get furniture in the home store which is accessible very easily so you don't need to buy any special store a cat and dog button will suddenly appear click that scroll down very far back you will need life points to buy a frisbee
