Adding a new sim
I have purchased a house but when I click on it, the game kicks me off! And it won't let me add another until this one arrives!

This is because you have to wait for it to build

You have to wait for the first thing to finish building until you can build a next thing.

You have to wait until the house finishes building or if you've waited and it still doesn't work unfortunately you will have to delete the app then re install it or restart your current game by clicking on the three dots then clicking on options and restart.
